Over the years I've taken my vehicles to Sturken Auto Body twice for insured repairs. Basically I've got nothing bad to say about the place, and I have recommended it to friends. Both times my vehicle came out looking like new and everything had been fixed. I like that they seem to pretty much replace everything that got damaged instead of trying to bang out dents and such. Insurance wouldn't pay for an entire repaint job, but the guys at Sturken blended the new paint in pretty much perfectly as far as I could tell, looked fantastic both times.State Farm no longer allows Sturken to be a "pre-approved" shop where they do the claim inspection and the repair, though this was the case the first time I went to Sturken. I asked them about it and the guy said that they had raised their labor per-hour rate by one dollar, and State Farm was not down with that. I don't count it against them although it does mean more hassle if you are at fault. Anyway my repairs were because someone hit me, and when that happens you can go wherever you want. I had my vehicle towed straight from the scene of the accident over to Sturken.I'd do it again too. They gave me a ride home. Nice. They have a kewl fishtank in the lobby too. For what it's worth.
