I took one of our cars to Sturken for body work recently after it was hit by someone else. From the outset, my experience was fantastic. When they say, "making the best out of a bad situation," they really mean it. All I did was call Sturken and give them the insurance claim number. They took care of absolutely everything. All I had to do was pick up the car when it was done. And, by the way, when I picked it up, it looked better than it ever had since we got it used a year earlier. From now on, I will take all my auto body needs to Sturken. I am so relieved to have such a good resource on which to rely.

Brought my car to them again. I had taken my car into another shop to check on my squealing brakes. They said I had 40% left on my pads, so I could wait. I guess they didn't even check my rotors! I had Berryessa check out my brakes, and they found I needed new rotors. No surprise since I have 215,000 miles on my car and have never changed them! My car now brakes sooner, smoothly, and isa as quiet as can be. No more embarrassment as I drive out of the car wash with screeching brakes!My first review disappeared... Most trustworthy shop I've ever been to. I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs!

Lets see, my over all impression after leaving was that Sturken's had ridiculously good service. I went in for an estimate and it was very quick. The staff always left me informed of what was going on and I was never lost. I was even offered help if I needed it on a more unrelated topic.

Over the years I've taken my vehicles to Sturken Auto Body twice for insured repairs. Basically I've got nothing bad to say about the place, and I have recommended it to friends. Both times my vehicle came out looking like new and everything had been fixed. I like that they seem to pretty much replace everything that got damaged instead of trying to bang out dents and such. Insurance wouldn't pay for an entire repaint job, but the guys at Sturken blended the new paint in pretty much perfectly as far as I could tell, looked fantastic both times.State Farm no longer allows Sturken to be a "pre-approved" shop where they do the claim inspection and the repair, though this was the case the first time I went to Sturken. I asked them about it and the guy said that they had raised their labor per-hour rate by one dollar, and State Farm was not down with that. I don't count it against them although it does mean more hassle if you are at fault. Anyway my repairs were because someone hit me, and when that happens you can go wherever you want. I had my vehicle towed straight from the scene of the accident over to Sturken.I'd do it again too.They gave me a ride home. Nice.They have a kewl fishtank in the lobby too. For what it's worth.

I actually signed up for Yelp to review this place because I was so pleased with this service.My car hit a rock from a rockslide in Yosemite that severely damaged the car's subframe. My car dealership and my insurance both recommended Sturken for the repairs. My experience with auto shops in the past hasn't been the best. I've had engine and transmissions rebuilt etc and most did subpar repairs and/or were lacking on customer service. About half of my repair jobs have actually 'fixed' the problem. Sturken was a breath of fresh air. First, their customer service was excellent. Nothing is worse than sitting in the waiting room but I was pleasantly surprised when I was in and out quickly with all my questions answered. Their manager was extremely courteous and explained the problems and solutions in layman terms I could understand. Second, they fixed my car with little turn around time. The damage was significant but they had the car repaired and back to me much quicker than expected. Finally, the car drives great now, which is the most important thing. It feels like new again and has no problems.

The best experience ever at an auto body shop for me. The Sturken folks are really centered on customer relations. They were recommended by the dealer. My car hit some type of animal coming down Hwy 280 at 65mph. Center front bumper hit. Bent the rediator back and many parts damaged including engine suppport, etc. The Sturken agent explained the repair to me in great detail. They transported the car from the dealer to their shop. They worked very closely with my insurance adjuster. They were very diligent in calling me and informing me all along the way. This was a major repair due to the damage. The car was ready on the original estimate date. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. They had a complete detail done on it. This is a very professional run shop. The people are super friendly and very helpful. The entire process was done over and above expectations. Highly recommended!

Sturken Auto Body made having my car repaired a quick and easy experience. They assist with insurance dealings. They got me a ride to my loaner vehicle. They told me what they were going to do and why. The finished work looked great.
