If I could give these guys 10 stars, it would not be enough for how much they have done for me. I found Sturken on Yelp doing a last minute search after the initial place offered an A-Z laundry list of "necessary" repairs at an outrageous drop-your-jaw-to-the-floor cost. I phoned Sturken's immediately (based upon prior Yelp reviews) & was transferred to Steve Sturken personally, He listened to my issues, answered all of my questions in detail and accommodated his schedule so that I could bring my RV in the following day.I came in the next day and met Mike. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and a genuinely nice person. I filled out preliminary paperwork while waiting for Steve. When Steve arrived, he personally looked over the RV with me and addressed every issue I had concerns with. He looked under the hood, crawled under the RV and inspected and checked things. I was totally impressed. He was knowledgeable and made every effort to help me understand how things worked as far as the systems that needed repairs, and he answered all of my questions. I explained my desired timeframe (which was in 3 days) and Steve said he'd do his best. Sturken's drove me to work and I arrived on time!Steve emailed me that same afternoon to follow up with me and by the following day at 10am, the RV was finished! The final total was WAY under the initial estimate at another business. There was not a diagnostic fee either. The first place I took the RV for an estimate informed me that there was a $250.00 diagnostic fee.Bottom line ------ Sturken's is friendly, organized, responsible, efficient and reasonable! They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They go above and beyond to accommodate and assist you. Plus, their staff are knowledgeable and fair --- which is often a very difficult combination to come by these days.I cannot say enough good about my experience here! I recommend Sturken Auto to everyone who has any car, truck or RV repair needs.
